Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship all orders received before 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on the same day. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS Ground or Fedex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and C.O.D. fees. Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or refunding your money as store credit in your account, then helping you find the product you prefer, and placing a new order for you.To use our guarantee program, contact customer service. Payment Information
When placing an order online or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. We also accept PayPal and Bitcoins payments. We cannot accept checks, cash, money orders or COD as payment.

Products are shipped in plain boxes or envelopes with a nondescript return address. Only the person who opens the parcel first will know what's inside.

We offer the Get it First service. If you are looking for a specific product or a new model that you could not find online, chances are we can find it for you and will place this product in our store only for you. Always Free Delivery (United States Only)
We offer Free standard shipping within the lower 48 states in United States. No conditions and no minimum order are required. At this time is not available to: APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Each package will include a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website for self-tracking. Shipping usually takes between 4 to 8 business days, based on your location. If you need your order as soon as possible, please choose our express or overnight shipping services. Express and overnight deliveries are not free and will offer as an additional option of checking out. At this time we don't offer free shipping outside of the United States.
