Defective Orders

The way we look at it: Happy customers are returning customers . And we love to have our customers coming back to us, which means we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days after receiving it. Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or refunding your money as store credit in your account, then helping you find the product you prefer.

To use our guarantee program, contact customer service by our live chat or submit online web form. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions.

Returns of products that are not defective or damaged incur a 20% processing fee.

Undelivered Orders

Please take care in providing your correct shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee will apply for US shipping addresses.

Refused Orders

Refused orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders refused again will be cancelled and incur of 20% processing free. No shipping refund will be issued from refused orders.
